Bob Thornley
Bob Thornley joined the Arts Center Board in January 2025 and currently serves on the External Affairs and Community Engagement Committee. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in English and art education and a master’s degree in English from UW-Eau Claire. He recently retired after a 41-year career as an English and theatre teacher at Spooner High School. He and his wife Sheila have three grown children and reside in the Spooner area. In his free time, Bob enjoys, spending time with family and friends, reading, attending plays and concerts, and engaging in almost any outdoor pursuit.
