Steve Lewis
Steve Lewis has spent 35 years in Human Resources,
the majority of that time leading the Talent Acquisition
function for various companies. Much of his focus has
been on developing and executing strategies to increase
employment brand awareness, sourcing of talent, and
the identification, selection and implementation of
technologies to support the recruiting function. He also
served for 12 years as adjunct faculty at the Carlson
School of Management’s Center for Human Resources
and Labor Studies at the University of Minnesota. He
taught an HR Technology Class to the students working
on their master’s degree in human resources/industrial
relations.
In 2023, Steve retired from his corporate role and now is the CEO/Owner of an HR Consulting
Company, Lewski Consulting LLC, which focuses on auditing clients’ Talent Acquisition
functions and providing both recommendations and assistance on improvements leading to
acquiring needed talent and a better recruiting experience for both the company and their
candidates.
