The Shell Lake Arts Center, located walking distance from the beautiful waters of Shell Lake, is that place where artists, both young and old find their voice and create art, where audiences of all ages are moved by the stories told in a community play or enjoy an evening of music with friends. Our summer camps and workshops are some of the longest-running programs of their kind in the United States and have welcomed students from 49 states and over 20 countries.

The Office Manager will be primarily responsible for the financial, database and office management of the SLAC.

Financial Management: The Office Manager is responsible for budgeting, monitoring, projecting, financial reporting, and invoicing services necessary for the proper fiscal stewardship of the Arts Center.
Database Management: The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining and restoring the accuracy of the SLAC’s databases for both campers (UltraCamp) and donors (Little Green Light).
Office Management: The Office Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to handle or delegate all administrative details related to the successful operation of the SLAC.

The Office Manager position is full time, year round with a salary between $35,000 to $45,000 dependent upon experience. Benefits include a medical stipend, holiday and paid time off (PTO). Work location will be at the SLAC located in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, with opportunities for flexible scheduling including remote work (during off season).
